White Elephant Hotel Residences have been under construction since autumn of 2007 and is on schedule for occupancy of the first 25 hotel residences by late summer/early autumn 2008. These first 25 whole ownership hotel residences include one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans. Because of the anticipated demand for this limited number of hotel residences, we have created a Priority Reservation Certificate Program.
